    Dr Brown is an excellent and gifted dentist--and a good man. He is smart, empathetic and accommodating of patients' needs, fears, and concerns. He is also kind, articulate, and has a sense of humor. He explains available treatment options clearly and concisely--and is very thorough when answering questions. The support staff are kind, professional, understanding and efficient. The office space is attractive and the design, color scheme, and lighting provide a very calming and peaceful atmosphere. I've been seeing Dr Brown for nearly ten years and I highly recommend him. I can't imagine ever going to another dentist.

    From the beginning, my experience with Preston Brown has been amazing. everyone from Naomi, the scheduler and face of Preston Brown, to the office in union square which is new, clean, and fabulous, to dr. browns teeth cleaning assistant that was gentle, kind, and patient with my anxiety around dental work. Dr. Preston was the obvious icing on the cake (sugar free of course.. lol). the fact that he's my 'project manager' of all my dental work, is a huge help. informative, super nice, and asked me what my needs and wants are..and then talked to me about how we are going to get there !!

    Dr. Preston Brown is the best of the best. He's so amazing and so talented. I know that I am such good hands with his amazing dental assistants. I have had both but remember Jolee? (spelling?). I always feel taken care of and not rushed at all. Dental health is so important and even if I move across the bay, I will continue to see him and his team!

    I've been with Dr. Brown's office since 2009 and it was the best decision I've never made. I required extensive restoration work due to poor dental coverage in my past. He and his team were gentle, compassionate, and patient. Fast forward 12 years later, even though his staff has changed due to retirement (the lovely Lyerka and efficient Michelle), his customer service remains wonderful. Due to the pandemic, everything has been updated, from scheduling appointments, to COVID checks, to filling out insurance information. are all done virtually. Shout out to dental hygienist Vanessa for her zen mode and Joby for his gentle humor.
